In 5 days, I’m moving to Bangkok, Thailand to start working for Agoda. Romi suggested that I start blogging again so I can document my move and my experiences while I’m there. Hopefully my stay there will be a long, long time.
I saw a message under my blog entries in Google search results that my site wasn’t mobile-friendly. Sure enough, when I checked my site in my phone’s web browser, the font was super small and unreadable, the links were too close to each other, and generally my WordPress theme didn’t display well on mobile. After some research and several attempts to upgrade my site’s theme, I now present to you ZephyrInTheSky.com’s Blog version 8.0. You can read about the previous versions here and here.
Like I said in my “About Me” write-up, which I also updated, I’m trying to be more creative and I’m trying to be a better writer. I intend to do that by writing more consistently in Blog 8.0. Aside from Bangkok- and travel-related entries, I’m planning to start writing entries about visual, performance, and literary arts. I’m also thinking about writing about meditation, dreams, and other spiritual themes. I’ve made it a point to set aside time every day to write, and I feel positive that this time I can see it through.
Here’s to the universe conspiring to helping me achieve my plans.
